Promotional booth rate, and more!

The board has some updates we’d like to make our membership aware of:

First and foremost, please make note of our new promotional booth rates, which are in effect until May 30th!!

Not-for-profit (no sales)

Before May 30, 2007: $5
After May 30, 2007: $30

Non-profit (with sales)

Before May 30, 2007: $10
After May 30, 2007: $60

For profit (vendor sales)

Before May 30, 2007: $15 + 5% of profit
After May 30, 2007: $85 + 5% of profit

Food sales

Before May 30, 2007: $15 + 5% of profit
After May 30, 2007: $85 + 5% of profit

Also on the subject of booths, you can see who has already confirmed their spot for the festival on our “Pride ‘07” page (near the bottom).

Second, and also very important: WE NEED PERFORMERS FOR PRIDE IDOL!! If you are a GLBT musical act, or know a GLBT musical act, please contact Joe to set up your FREE performance slot at the event. (You only pay the door cover!) If we don’t get some musical acts soon, there won’t be a Pride Idol to hold!

Third, unfortunately we had to cancel our theater night event due to low ticket sales.

Fourth, we now have a complete list of all the publicity materials available for our events, found here. Included on that page are web, and print-quality graphics for each of our upcoming events, as well as for our logos.

Fifth, we’d like to thank everyone who helped to make Drag Idol such a huge success, raising over $1000 for our organization! Special thanks also goes to Backstreet for hosting the event.

Also, don’t forget that we also have the 50/50 contest, which is growing in size at every event!
